After being delayed 3 hours on the launch day in cornwall, not because of Sally or any techical / media related issues ...
Chopper and his girl friend over slept ( wink wink ) ... We cruised up to Goodwood without the other southwest team and were VERY LATE arriving! On route we stopped off at Oggy Oggy pasty Co, Trac services and Tresliske Hospital where we dropped off £1639.50 for the Sennon Ward, ( Thanks so much for your support!)
DAY ONE
The Lauch day was great! 350 small cars driving around a race track more suitable for permormance cars - As we are named the Penzance Pirates... It was a great excuse to dress up!

The first part of the offical drive was down to DOVER where we leading the pack with a solid racing performance from Robert! - I then took over the wheel from DUNKERQUE with an endurance drive through the night ... Stopping off at GENT'S music festival then driving past BRUSSELS and sleeping on the road side near MAASTRICT.
DAY TWO
We headed off to KLON, where we had a nice traditional germany lunch of Sausage, Sauerkrat and Beer.( Furth )
After KLON, we travelled to BONN FRANKFURT and received a text from a fellow Rally driver that he was camping near MILTERNBERG, so we joined them in then German national park and it was truelly WonderBar !!!
DAY THREE
We are on route to the Czech border. As we drove past WURZBURG we hit our first 1000 miles since leaving PENZANCE.

Robert - Driving through the middle of a belgium festival with a camera man on the roof and being asked politly to turn around by the police.
Lauren ordering herring in germany only to be shocked its was Raw!

MONGOL SALLY
She is running well, she loves crusing around 75mph / 125kph but hates hills!
She also could do with losing some weight !!!
NEXT 24hrs
Tonight we have a fancy dress party in a Czech castle for all the Rally drivers... And tomorrow is the start of the long endurance drives .... We want to get to the Ukraine border travelling the whole of Czech and Poland by tuesday!
